SMC先导式减压阀的工作原理编辑 减压阀出厂时,调节弹簧处于未压缩状态,此时主阀瓣和副阀瓣处于关闭状态,使用时按顺时针转动调节螺钉,压缩调节弹簧,使膜瓣移顶开付阀瓣,介质由a孔通过付阀座到b孔进入活塞上方,活塞在介质压力的作用下,向下移动推动主阀瓣离开主阀座,使介质流向阀后.同时由c孔进入膜片下方,当阀后压力超过调定压力时,推动膜片上移压缩调节弹簧,付阀瓣随之向关闭方向移动,使流入活塞上方的介质减小,压力也随之下降,此时的主阀瓣在主阀瓣弹簧力的推动上下移,使主阀瓣与主阀座的间隙减小,介质流量也随之减小,使阀后压力也随之下降到新的平衡,反之当阀后压力低于调定压力时,主阀瓣与主阀座的间隙增大,介质流量也随之增加,使阀后压力也随之增高达到新的平衡.
减压阀的安装与维护蒸汽减压阀的安装与维护应注意以下事项:
手轮、手柄及传动机构均不允许作起吊用,并严禁碰撞。
双闸板闸阀应垂直安装(即阀杆处于垂直位置 , 手轮在顶部 )。
带有旁通阀的闸阀在开启前应先打开旁通阀(以平衡进出口的压差及减小开启力 )。
带传动机构的闸阀,按产品使用说明书的规定安装。
如果阀门经常开关使用 , 每月至少润滑一次。

1.更换密封件、紧固螺钉,并保证力矩均力
2.修理或更换
故障现象:不起减压力作用
故障分析:
1.泄油口不通;泄油管与回油管相连,并有回油压力
2.主阀芯在全开位置时卡

1.泄油管必须与回油管道分开,单独回入油箱
2.修理、更换零件。检查油质.
