SMC水分离器的而另一种油水分离系统,内部采用不锈钢丝网聚结填料,壳体用钢制焊接罐体结构,一般使用压力为0.1Mpa-2.5Mpa。其原理是利用旋风与不锈钢丝网捕雾的有机结合,同时采用直接拦截、惯性碰撞、布朗扩散及凝聚等机理,能有效的去除压缩空气中的尘、水、油雾,除水量、除油量大,适应工况范围广。[2]
当含有油和水的压缩空气等气体通入油水分离器,大液滴在重力作用下落到油水分离器底部,雾状小液滴被丝网捕获凝结成大液滴落到油水分离器底部。夹带的的液体因此被分离出来,被分离出来的液体流入下部经人工打开阀门排出或者在下部装上空气排液阀排出体外.
SMC水分离器的原理基本上是通过降低火药燃气冲出枪口的速度和流量来降低最大峰值来消音。具体的措施是,在消音器内装上若干带有小孔的消音隔板或钢丝,或在枪口安装一个口径比子弹小的橡胶消音器等等来降低枪口的最大峰值(也就是提前将火药燃气要做的功倾泻掉),同时使用低于音速的枪弹(低速弹)降低子弹在空气中飞行的呼啸声。不管你用什么方法来降低枪的声音,总是要牺牲枪的一些性能,同时使自动机工作不正常。所以消音器并没有什么制退的作用,也不会减小后坐力。现在的枪械一般在膛口处加装了笼型或桶型消焰器,通过改变排焰孔的切削角度可以实现一定的制退作用,但是装上消音器后膛口装置的制退作用也消失了。消音器除了通常的消音和消焰作用外,还有一个附加的好处——在膛口处增加了一个重物,可以抑止枪口上跳,减少散布提高精度。
