SMC小型集装型减压阀减压阀的构造类型很多,以往常见的有薄膜式、内弹簧活塞式等。减压阀的基本作用原理是靠阀内流道对水流的局部阻力降低水压。
JB/T2203-1999《减压阀结构长度》为主的通用类。目前国内大多数减压阀生产厂家均按本标准设计生产,但本标准也不尽完美,规格不全。气体减压阀最大公称通径为DN500,水用减压阀最大公称通径DN1000。根据厂家所生产的减压阀规格及掌握的资料来看,各厂家连接尺寸也不尽统一,建议通用机械研究所对JB/T2203-1999《减压阀结构长度》进行修订。建议设计院及用户按标准选用,减压阀生产厂家按标准设计制造。
SMC小型集装型减压阀就属于这种类型的阀门,它包括旋启式止回阀和升降式止回阀。旋启式止回阀有一介铰链机构,还有一个像门一样的阀瓣自由地靠在倾斜的阀座表面上。为了确保阀瓣每次都能到达阀座面的合适位置,阀瓣设计在铰链机构,以便阀瓣具有足够有旋启空间,并使阀瓣真正的、全面的与阀座接触。阀瓣可以全部用金属制成,也可以在金属上镶嵌皮革、橡胶、或者采用合成覆盖面,这取决于使用性能的要求。旋启式止回阀在完全打开的状况下,流体压力几乎不受阻碍,因此通过阀门的压力降相对较小。升降式止回阀的阀瓣座落位于阀体上阀座密封面上。此阀门除了阀瓣可以自由地升降之外,其余部分如同截止阀一样,流体压力使阀瓣从阀座密封面上抬起,介质回流导致阀瓣回落到阀座上,并切断流动。
SMC小型集装型减压阀从流体力学的观点看,减压阀是一个局部阻力可以变化的节流元件,即通过改变节流面积,使流速及流体的动能改变,造成不同的压力损失,从而达到减压的目的。然后依靠控制与调节系统的调节,使阀后压力的波动与弹簧力相平衡,使阀后压力在一定的误差范围内保持恒定。
