SMC气动接头的按结构可分为:
1、两端开闭式:
不链接时——当母体的套圈移到另一端时,不锈钢珠自动向外滚动,子体因母体与子体共同阀门弹簧力的作用力运作下而断开,子体与母体的阀门各自闭合,瞬间阻断流体流动。
链接时——当子体插入母体时,套圈在弹簧的作用下回到原来的位置,钢珠滚动锁紧子体紧密连接,同时母体与子体的阀门互相推动而打开,流体流通,O型圈能完全阻断流体的渗漏。
2、两端开放式
不链接——当母体的套圈被推到另一端时,钢珠自动向外滚动,因此,子体被移出;由于子体与母体都没有阀门,流体向外流出。
链接——当子体插入母体时,套圈被其弹簧的作用力推到先前的位置致钢珠锁紧,流体流动,其中的O型圈以防止液漏
3、单路开闭式
不链接时——当母体的套圈移到另一端时,不锈钢珠自动向外滚动,子体被阀门弹簧的反作用力弹开,阀门就能自动关闭以阻断流体流动。
